• Enhance candidate experience through direct communication and process improvements.
• Support the onboarding program by leading in-person events in London and Mountain View.
• Manage vendor scheduling coordination teams and provide necessary training.
• Maintain the ATS and generate reports to optimize hiring processes.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
