What you will do
- Manage day-to-day HR administration and core people operations while ensuring full confidentiality.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee onboarding processes to create a great first-day experience for new hires.
- Own daily office operations to ensure a welcoming and well-organized environment.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle office purchasing, inventory, and budget tracking.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Office Management, or Recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
