Senior Backend Developer (Token Factory)

Location: Remote in Europe, or from offices in Amsterdam, Netherlands; Berlin, Germany; London, United Kingdom; or Prague, Czech Republic. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply.

What you will do

• Build and scale backend systems for the Token Factory AI platform using Go and Python.
• Develop web services supporting reliable, high-performance AI inference.
• Scale distributed systems for significantly increased workloads while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Improve system stability and uptime to meet enterprise-grade expectations.
• Optimize AI performance across new models, hardware, and runtime improvements.
• Expand platform capabilities into data pipelines, customization, and advanced usage features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong software engineering skills, primarily with Python and Go.
• Experience developing web services.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, version control, and unit testing.
• Commitment to rigorous engineering practices.
• Authorization to work in the country where the application is submitted.

Nice to have

• Experience with language models or other NLP technologies.
• Experience delivering products in a dynamic startup-like environment.
