What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial IT agreements, including SaaS, IaaS, and HWaaS contracts.
• Lead independent contract negotiations with customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to achieve strategic goals while effectively managing risk.
• Structure and negotiate partnership and strategic collaboration agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations.
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in commercial law, specifically focused on technology transactions.
• Minimum of 3 years of in-house experience at an international high-tech company.
• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SaaS agreements.
• License to practice law in an EU country, the UK, or the US (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
