What you will do

• Manage end-to-end legal support for M&A transactions, including due diligence and SPA negotiations.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial, investment, and licensing agreements.
• Advise management on corporate structure, compliance, and risk management.
• Coordinate with external counsel for cross-border transactions.
• Develop internal legal operations, including contract templates and approval workflows.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Product teams to support strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• LL.B degree and licensed to practice law in Israel.
• 4+ years of experience as an attorney in a top-tier law firm, specifically in Corporate/M&A.
• Proven track record in M&A or financing transactions, including due diligence.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) for global team collaboration.
• Strong business judgment and ability to balance legal risk with practical needs.
• Ability to work on-site in Herzliya.
