What you will do

• Support referral and ambassador program growth by identifying hosts, cold calling, and building relationships in Levante.
• Onboard new properties by configuring listings and ensuring setup for success.
• Maintain CRM (Pipedrive) by creating and managing deals for accurate pipeline.
• Use hirify.global's AI tools to review and improve property listings for better performance.
• Lead logistics and preparation of local events like host meetups and property visits.

Requirements

• Near-native Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken)
• Recently finished degree in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Natural communicator comfortable with cold calling.
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Organized, autonomous, eager to learn, and positive mindset.
• Located in Valencia, Spain for hybrid work
