What you will do

• Develop multi-agent consensus architectures and RAG pipelines for clinical guidelines and LLM consumption
• Build fine-tuning, model distillation, and real-time inference systems handling millions of consultations
• Create NLP pipelines for extracting structured data from patient conversations and QHIN/EHR integrations
• Design intelligent triage, documentation generation, and custom workflows for medical reasoning
• Implement safety features like emergency detection, validation layers, and fail-safes for regulated environments
• Work on voice/video AI interfaces, multilingual NLP, predictive modeling, and scalable infrastructure

Requirements

• 7+ years engineering with LLM and generative AI expertise
• Deep knowledge of OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Meta LLaMA, and foundation models
• Production AI systems with real-time inference; Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, modern AI frameworks
• Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model optimization for specialized domains
• CS degree or equivalent; preference for top programs, startup experience, independent problem-solving

Nice to have

• AI systems for healthcare, medical terminology, HL7/FHIR standards
• Medical AI safety, bias detection, NLP for domain-specific applications
• Work in regulated healthcare; published AI/ML research
• Seed/Series A experience in AI/healthcare; advanced CS/AI degree
