What you will do

• Own the lifecycle of clinical pathways and guidelines from drafting through rollout and iteration.
• Refine the AI-native care delivery model across intake, triage, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and launch new clinical offerings and condition pathways.
• Lead practice quality and patient safety initiatives, maintaining a safety event pipeline and review process.
• Establish quality metrics, monitoring dashboards, and improvement targets.
• Conduct QA and performance reviews for providers within the Physician Group.

Requirements

• MD or DO with active or eligible U.S. licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency care delivery experience.
• Experience supervising virtual care at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to design clinical protocols and implement them operationally.
• Experience leading quality improvement, patient safety, or clinical operations.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Experience in high-growth clinical environments like telehealth or value-based care.
• Familiarity with clinical AI governance, monitoring, and safety evaluation.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to ship clinical workflows.
