Scania is looking for an HR System Support Specialist to join their Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk. This role is a great fit for someone with experience in HR systems and a strong interest in data, processes, and continuous improvement within a shared services environment.

What you’ll be doing:
— Support and maintain HR systems and tools
— Manage employee data, user access, and permissions
— Handle time & attendance processes
— Participate in transition activities and system improvements
— Contribute to process optimization and service development
— Provide operational support to HR teams
