What you will do

• Drive HR digitalization projects for Germany based on global guidelines and optimize HR processes.
• Implement and support the HR IT landscape, including managing testing, releases, and change requests.
• Collaborate with international project teams, payroll, works councils, and global CoEs.
• Develop new methods and tools in partnership with global teams to innovate HR systems.
• Provide training and create clear documentation to enable departments to use new applications effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in digital business, business informatics, business administration, or a similar field.
• Proven project management experience specifically within HR/IT.
• Hands-on experience with HR IT platforms such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or UKG PeopleDoc.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving.
