What you will do

• Lead end-to-end HR IT initiatives across Europe, including system implementations and process transformations.
• Ensure full compliance with global HR IT standards, GDPR, and local regulatory requirements.
• Define project scope, milestones, governance, and risks, steering delivery and escalating critical issues.
• Coordinate and align country HR teams, IT, Legal, Data Protection, Finance, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain standardized process documentation, including SOPs and guidelines with audit trails.
• Oversee global testing strategies, execution, defect resolution, and production readiness for releases and upgrades.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR IT systems, compliance, governance, or process management in a global environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Solid understanding of GDPR, HR data protection, and information lifecycle management.
• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Business-fluent English.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-country HR IT projects with end-to-end accountability.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as SAP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Data Privacy/Data Governance.
• Additional European language proficiency.
