What you will do
- Own and administer the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, including configurations, upgrades, and role-based permissions (RBP).
- Lead end-to-end HRIS projects from requirements gathering and technical specifications through UAT and deployment.
- Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other platforms (ERP, Payroll) using Workato and SAP Integration Center.
- Provide end-user support and manage vendor relationships and SLAs with SAP and other external providers.
- Collaborate with IT, MIS, CRM, and Finance teams on enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend new HR technology solutions to align with company strategy and data governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS management or HR technology roles.
- Mandatory hands-on experience implementing and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
- Deep knowledge of at least 3 SF modules, with Employee Central being required.
- Experience managing full-cycle HRIS implementations and cross-functional systems projects.
- Proficiency with system integrations (API, middleware) and tools like Workato or SAP BTP.
- Must be based in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Experience with SF modules: Time Off, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.
