What you will do

• Review and streamline tax compliance for all entities, including various tax filings, CIT annual filing, and VAT export refunds.
• Manage the effective tax rate for China-based entities and collect necessary filing information.
• Coordinate local tax inspections, audits, and various tax information collection processes.
• Handle China-specific tax queries raised internally within the global group.
• Manage relationships with local tax bureaus and external service providers.
• Collaborate with the global tax team on China-relevant portions of global tax projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with expertise in Accounting and Finance.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in tax-related roles.
• English: Good written and listening skills required
• Strong knowledge of relevant tax regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting systems (SAP preferred).

Nice to have

• Previous working experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
• Experience working within a foreign-invested enterprise (FIE) of a similar scale.
• CTA or CPA qualification.
