What you will do

• Review and approve VAT, Intrastat, ESL, and LSPL reports across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Manage VAT obligation trackers and ensure the timely submission of returns.
• Collaborate with BPO support teams (Accenture) and internal stakeholders to resolve VAT discrepancies.
• Support indirect tax audits, respond to queries, and implement VAT control checks.
• Drive process improvement and automation, including UAT testing for new tax designs in SAP.
• Coordinate VAT liquidity forecasts and handle various indirect tax payments and refund claims.

Requirements

• University degree in Tax Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in VAT compliance, preferably within an international environment.
• Strong experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent English proficiency; additional European languages are an advantage.
