What you will do

• Monitor closing and Balance Sheet review processes to ensure financial statement accuracy.
• Oversee tax returns and ensure full tax compliance.
• Assess internal controls and financial risk, recommending and tracking solutions.
• Manage compliance with accounting rules and facilitate internal and external audits.
• Monitor rolling cash flow forecasts and cash management processes.
• Identify and implement business process improvements, policies, and procedure enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent field.
• Approximately 8 years of accounting experience.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong customer focus and business acumen.
• Must be based in Suzhou, China.

Nice to have

• SAP system implementation experience.
