What you will do

• Execute national and international corporate transactions (M&A) and establish joint ventures.
• Manage venture capital deals and group financing projects.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and provide post-M&A legal support.
• Serve as the internal expert for all matters related to corporate, contract, and commercial law.
• Collaborate with executive management and interdisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer degree with above-average exam results.
• Several years of experience in M&A, preferably gained in-house or at a business-oriented law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
• Ability to work from the Stuttgart office (Hybrid).
