Legal Counsel for M&A & Finance (m/f/d) (Automotive)

What you will do

• Structure and execute national and international M&A transactions.
• Establish joint ventures, support venture capital deals, arrange group financing, and advise on internal reorganizations.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice, including analysis and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents independently and provide post-M&A advisory support.
• Support post-merger integration and act as an in-house expert on corporate, contract, and commercial law.
• Participate in interdisciplinary projects and collaborate with specialist departments, project management, and executive management.

Requirements

• Completed legal studies with above-average examination results and qualification as a fully qualified lawyer.
• Several years of professional experience in M&A, ideally in a company or business-oriented law firm.
• Sound knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Structured, diligent working style and the ability to manage complex situations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team-working skills.
• Very good German and English skills, written and spoken.
