What you will do

• Coordinate work packages for conformity assessment contracts focused on UK Nuclear New Build and Conventional Pressure Equipment Projects.
• Provide oversight and reporting on costs, time, revenue, and margins for project work packages.
• Support Project Managers with resource planning, organization, and general management.
• Manage documentation control, monitor work package schedules, and handle financial tracking.
• Perform routine administrative tasks and provide regular progress reports to PMs.
• Assess operational risks and ensure strict implementation of health and safety rules.

Requirements

• Practical experience in Project or Work Package management.
• Significant professional experience as a project or team coordinator.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and expedite technical personnel to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Birmingham, GB.

Nice to have

• Appreciation of UK Nuclear New Build Requirements.
• Knowledge of UK Regulations for pressure equipment (new and in-service).
