hirify.global is an AI for product integrations, pioneering self-integrating software that allows developers to build native integrations autonomously.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute promotional launches across Product Hunt, Hacker News, and various developer communities.
  • Own the conversion funnel from signup to paid, running experiments on onboarding flows and activation triggers.
  • Create and iterate on landing pages and messaging tailored to different user segments and use cases.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy focused on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude).
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between product, engineering, and marketing for new releases.
  • Manage and execute weekly social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or dev tools.
  • Deep understanding of how developers discover, evaluate, and adopt new technical tools.
  • Ability to handle both high-level strategy and hands-on execution, including copywriting.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to test and iterate on scrappy ideas quickly.
  • Strong technical writing skills to communicate effectively with a technical audience.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search optimization.
  • Familiarity with the API and integration ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of successful community-driven or Product Hunt launches.
  • Background in product marketing and basic technical literacy regarding APIs.
