Specialist, Development-Peacock (Marketing): Supporting pre- and post-sale initiatives to elevate advertiser storytelling on Peacock with an accent on content packaging and ad innovations. Focus on developing new sales opportunities and optimizing platform positioning to drive revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Must be based in Chicago and contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

What you will do

• Support the execution of content and product-led Peacock marketing initiatives, independently leading production of Ad Innovations.
• Develop content overview and packaging materials, collaborating with Sales, Planning, and Research to optimize positioning.
• Manage pre-sale brainstorms and in-bound RFP requests to demonstrate the creative effectiveness of Peacock partnerships.
• Identify emerging marketing opportunities within Peacock's content and ad experience to drive client conversations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a media company, agency, or sales organization.
• Experience working with brand advertising and marketing.
• Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• General understanding and interest in the AVOD and SVOD marketplace.
• Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL and available to work in-office 4 days per week

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and strong design acumen for material development.
• Knowledge of Peacock programming.
• Ability to translate complex data into tangible ideas and solutions.
