Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

What you will do

• Coordinate asset requests from production teams for both feature films and television.
• Route and deliver print and AV assets to streaming partners and international distributors.
• Manage real-time asset trackers and process JIRA requests from various NBCU divisions.
• Maintain online asset websites including DreamSource, Frame iO, Flow Capture, and Passport.
• Coordinate toolkit production and manage detailed notes for "Art Of" book publications.
• Organize and archive digital assets while coordinating legal clearances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a film/TV production or entertainment industry environment.
• Essential knowledge of Photoshop.
• Ability to function and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
