Compensation: $48–$57 per hour (USD)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end campaign execution for Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and auction/performance campaigns.
• Lead client-facing DSP implementations and provide strategic guidance on campaign performance.
• Develop the internal playbook, including SOPs, setup checklists, and reporting templates.
• Conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions to train the Smart Services team.
• Track and document time/effort to establish benchmark models for different campaign types.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon DSP experience.
• Expertise in CTV, Programmatic Guaranteed, and auction/performance buying.
• Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot live campaigns with high spend accountability.
• Strong client communication skills and experience presenting to brand partners.
• Must be located in one of the specified regions: USA, Guatemala, Mexico, or Philippines.
