What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day tasks across paid media platforms and email marketing systems to scale performance.
  • Coordinate projects between product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports by extracting data from multiple sources to document experiment results.
  • Support marketing operations including influencer partnerships, organic social, and leadership presentations.
  • Develop expertise in paid advertising, CRO, and analytics to take on increasing responsibility.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising coordination (internships included).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.

Nice to have

  • Video editing and design skills (Canva, Figma).
  • Basic HTML knowledge and experience with email templates.
  • Familiarity with Webflow or WordPress.
