Account Executive, SMB (SaaS): Driving growth for the SMB segment by guiding entrepreneurs and sales leaders through the evaluation of an all-in-one sales platform with an accent on inbound lead management and full-cycle sales execution. Focus on conducting high-volume discovery calls, managing a consistent pipeline growth, and closing deals within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in Salt Lake City and willing to be in office 3 days per week

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
  • Manage high-volume inbound leads, conducting 5-8 discovery calls daily and 25-40 weekly meetings.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline growth of at least 3x month-over-month.
  • Close approximately 15 deals monthly, typically ranging from $5,000 to $20,000.
  • Meet or exceed a quarterly sales quota of $165,000.
  • Build strategic relationships with Directors and above in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience handling high-volume inbound sales opportunities.
  • 1+ years of closing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Must be located in the US and be able to work from the Salt Lake City office 3 days per week.
  • Proven track record as a top performer in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills and ability to link product capabilities to customer pain points.
  • Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
