What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth within the Government and Military segment across APAC
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities including RFIs, tenders, and procurement processes
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and budget objectives for sustainable revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with government, military, and key decision-makers
- Partner with regional sales teams and distributors to expand market share
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and territory planning
- Deliver presentations, support product evaluations, and manage customer accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years in business development or sales within healthcare or medical device industry
- Experience with government or military customers highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of regional procurement and tender processes
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organization and time management
