What you will do

• Define, implement, and validate production process designs.
• Manage production resources, acquisitions, cost calculations, and budgets for new product industrialization.
• Lead internal projects, improvement teams, and product modifications in serial projects.
• Optimize serial production processes for cost, productivity, and quality.
• Participate in standardization and continuous improvement of production areas.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, support new projects, and handle component modifications.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical specialization.
• High level in Spanish and English; other languages valued.
• Project leadership skills and experience leading teams in interdisciplinary environments.
• Analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Catia, Siemens PLC programming (Step 7, TIA Portal, WinCC), KUKA robotics (KRC4, KRC5).
• MS Office; SAP-PM knowledge valued.
