What you will do

• Lead and coordinate engineering and maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
• Manage and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Oversee spare parts, site stores, and contractor services for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and hirify.global EHSQ standards.
• Maintain equipment reliability and ensure accurate use of SAP and site monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Robotics, Chemical, or other technical disciplines.
• Proven experience in engineering and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Must reside in the Navarra Estella area.
• Fluent Spanish skills required.
• Strong team leadership and people development capabilities.
