What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with team, founders, and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
- Define and build repeatable outbound and inbound sales motions
- Engage technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, security, compliance) with empathy and credibility
- Manage pipeline focusing on velocity, value, and clarity
- Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and customer experience
Requirements
- Speak and write Korean fluently
- Demonstrable proven commercial SaaS sales experience in Security / Application Security
- 5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
- Thrive in early-stage environments, building playbooks
- Communicate clearly with technical buyers, create demand through prospecting and storytelling
- Ownership mindset, coachable, curious, bias for action
Nice to have
- Experience selling to Financial Services or regulated industries
- Sold directly into CISO org at Fortune 500 companies
- Experience selling pentesting or AppSec solutions
