What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
  • Collaborate with team, founders, and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights
  • Define and build repeatable outbound and inbound sales motions
  • Engage technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, security, compliance) with empathy and credibility
  • Manage pipeline focusing on velocity, value, and clarity
  • Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and customer experience

Requirements

  • Speak and write Korean fluently
  • Demonstrable proven commercial SaaS sales experience in Security / Application Security
  • 5+ years of experience selling into enterprise customers
  • Thrive in early-stage environments, building playbooks
  • Communicate clearly with technical buyers, create demand through prospecting and storytelling
  • Ownership mindset, coachable, curious, bias for action

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to Financial Services or regulated industries
  • Sold directly into CISO org at Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience selling pentesting or AppSec solutions
