What you will do
- Manage a team of 4+ direct reports with active coaching through shadowing, role-playing, feedback, and skill development.
- Handle complex client accounts with high-quality execution, strategic thinking, and timely communication.
- Proactively drive client revenue retention and growth within your portfolio.
- Continuously uplevel team operations, camaraderie, strategy, and skills.
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
- Leverage 's Nova ecosystem for departmental improvements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in agency setting
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy on enterprise accounts)
- Significant experience managing 3+ campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads
- 2+ years of management experience
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics; expert knowledge of funnel marketing and data insights
- Strong communication, organizational, project management, interpersonal skills; self-motivated with strong work ethic
