Senior Business Analyst (AI): Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, client-facing, and commercial teams to identify AI opportunities improving employee experience and client engagement with an accent on transforming innovation ideas into deliverable AI products. Focus on leading discovery phases, defining business cases, modelling target operating states, and capturing clear requirements, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

What you will do

• Work closely with machine learning engineers, product roles, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities for employee and client impact.
• Transform ideas from innovation events and hackathons into measurable AI products supporting client engagements from prospecting to reporting.
• Lead discovery and inception phases, defining opportunities, target operating models, and solid business cases.
• Drive improvements in BA practices, standards, Agile principles, and initiative sharing across product teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Senior BA role
• Highly effective communicator for complex ideas
• Proven translation between business and technical perspectives
• Strong stakeholder management with Senior & Executive leaders
• Hands-on agile product team experience
• Skilled in epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria
