Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid, occasional travel to site one day per week)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,765

What you will do

• Analyse and map as-is and to-be processes, identifying M365 automation opportunities
• Design and support delivery of workflow automation using Power Platform and M365
• Gather and define functional requirements for automation initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process change and adoption
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project documentation
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and support continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years as Business Analyst, ideally in transformation or automation
• Strong process improvement experience (Lean/automation-led change)
• Exposure to Microsoft 365/Power Platform automation (highly desirable)
• Proven ability to define requirements and support technology delivery
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Analytical mindset for data interpretation and insights
• Eligible for enhanced vetting; public sector/policing/regulated experience desirable
