What you will do

• Support promotion of overseas hirify.global products to Japanese customers
• Coordinate between overseas teams, headquarters departments, and domestic clients
• Manage project budgets
• Assist with order-related activities
• Compile and report prototype quality inspection results to customers

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in Japanese, including reading and writing kanji
• Ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• High school diploma or above
• At least 2 years in sales or development in manufacturing
• Experience in internal and external coordination
• Strong customer-facing skills and interpersonal abilities
