What you will do

• Build LLM-powered software with prompt flows and orchestrations ensuring high performance and no false positives.
• Architect production-grade, testable, and maintainable AI software stacks.
• Design experiments, evaluation frameworks, and conduct data analysis for system performance at scale.
• Collaborate with AI, security, frontend, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end customer-loved systems.
• Own projects from ideation and experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
• Research LLM advancements to improve system speed and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong experience building software around LLMs: prompting, agentic orchestration, fault-tolerance, integrating LLMs with hard-coded logic.
• Strong software engineering skills for production-grade, reliable, maintainable systems.
• Experience with TypeScript or quick ability to learn new languages.
• Structured, independent problem-solving with incomplete info and hypothesis testing.
• MSc or higher in computer science, math, physics, or machine learning.
• Comfort in fast-paced startup-research hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in security, especially offensive security or LLMs in security.
• Open-source contributions, especially LLM applications or frameworks.
• PhD in machine learning, computer science, or math.
• Startup experience.
