What you will do

• Provide guidance on employee relations to ensure fair enforcement of policies.
• Act as liaison between management and core HR functions.
• Support TSAT efforts by assisting management with communication and action planning.
• Provide advice and consultation regarding workforce planning.
• Mentor team members and build bench strength within the division.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven HR business partnership skills.
• Extensive generalist HR experience.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
