What you will do
- Drive new business by identifying and securing opportunities in existing and targeted strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to enhance collaboration and trust.
- Lead strategic sales efforts, manage pipelines, and achieve performance goals in retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with group growth objectives.
- Contribute to strategic bids and promote new products and services from the portfolio.
- Serve as local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience achieving annual sales targets in a B2B environment selling products and services.
- Proven experience working with large strategic organizations to develop sales solutions and achieve year-on-year double-digit growth in contract values.
- Experience preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior-level audiences.
- Experience managing quotations, bids, proposals, and pricing strategies to achieve required margins.
