What you will do

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through a balanced mix of lead conversion and outbound activity.
  • Manage marketing-generated leads and conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via networking and proactive prospecting.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals using effective pricing strategies to achieve target margins.
  • Maintain accurate client records, interactions, and sales forecasts within Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Service Delivery teams to ensure seamless handover of new business contracts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strong experience in pipeline development and lead conversion.
  • Proficiency in preparing quotations, bids, and commercial proposals.
  • Solid commercial awareness, specifically regarding margin management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Inspection Services sector.
  • Experience presenting proposals to senior stakeholders.
