Strategic Account Manager (Responsible Sourcing)

What you will do

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts to improve the effectiveness of CSR and responsible sourcing programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding new services, topical expertise, and program requirements.
• Collaborate with operational teams to implement assessments, consulting, training, and capacity-building services.
• Track and meet revenue and implementation targets, including managing contracts and Statements of Work.
• Partner with Global Product Leads and global operations teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Identify and lead new business development opportunities for client growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Responsible Sourcing, or the Sustainability sector.
• Familiarity with the implementation of responsible sourcing programs.
• English: Excellent written and verbal proficiency required.
• Experience working in a global operating environment.
• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong.
