What you will do

• Lead the entire bid lifecycle from initial customer requirements and Go/No-Go decisions to final technical submission.
• Develop compelling value propositions and commercial strategies to highlight company differentiators.
• Identify and grow new tender opportunities through portals, partnerships, sales teams, and networking.
• Build complex financial models for large-scale tenders, incorporating global labor costs and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Leads, Service Delivery Managers, and Legal teams to ensure operational feasibility.
• Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions to mitigate commercial and technical risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in bid management, ideally within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector.
• Familiarity with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for cost modeling and a strong understanding of P&L impact.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, multi-workstream bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional proposal writing skills capable of translating technical data into narratives for C-suite clients.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in the UK.
