What you will do
- Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities targeting new and existing customers.
- Drive sales performance to meet annual revenue targets and expand market share.
- Partner with technical teams to position solutions and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closure.
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders including end-users, consultants, contractors, and partners.
- Manage sales funnel, forecasting, and CRM updates for accurate pipeline visibility.
- Gather market intelligence to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in thermal critical infrastructure industry.
- Technical qualifications preferably in thermal engineering.
- Tertiary qualification in business, engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of critical infrastructure market, sales, and negotiating techniques.
- Experience in business development and nurturing relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Customer-first mindset, ambitious hunter approach, strong relationship building, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
