What you will do

• Lead paid media strategies to drive SQLs and customer growth for B2B tech clients.
• Manage both client and employee retention, directly influencing company P&L.
• Implement LTV:CAC modeling, functional content, and Share of SERP strategies.
• Conduct 1x1s with strategists to identify and resolve operational roadblocks.
• Ensure high accountability and maintain CSAT scores of 4.2+.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance marketing and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada with valid work authorization.
• Proven experience in B2B tech and SaaS marketing.
• Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage high-level client relationships and internal team performance.
• Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
