What you will do

• Lead and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants for the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Drive the strategic evolution of the CRM landscape, integrating AI innovations to ensure scalability.
• Establish and optimize software engineering processes and quality standards.
• Contribute hands-on to the design, implementation, documentation, and testing of solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Owners to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Service) and Power Platform.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes within Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, specifically SCRUM and Kanban.
• English: C1 level (fluent/professional) required.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade (Serbia) or Germany (preferably Leipzig or Berlin).
