• Process enrollment applications in healthcare insurance, workers comp, or Medicaid markets.
• Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to address inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain provider files for Medicaid programs across dental, vision, ambulance, physicians, nurses, and other types.

Requirements

• Local to Austin, TX; available for mandatory onsite training (absences result in release).
• High school degree or GED required; 2 years college preferred (Business Administration or Healthcare Management) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience processing enrollment applications in healthcare insurance, workers comp, or Medicaid markets.
