What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and providers needing assistance.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and resolve general inquiries in accordance with SLA objectives.
- Manage clinical referrals and consent forms via the Member Support Inbox and SharePoint.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless care and service delivery.
- Achieve first-call resolutions for interactions of varying complexity.
Requirements
- 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective multi-tasking and time management for prompt responses.
- Must have a secure private office area to allow for the protection of PHI.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or inbound contact center experience.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
