What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and close new managed IT services opportunities.
- Run discovery-led sales conversations with key decision-makers to identify commercial and technical pain points.
- Drive cross-sell and expansion opportunities within the existing client base.
- Own the end-to-end sales process from the first conversation to the signed agreement.
- Manage the sales pipeline using integrated, automated PSA and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate closely with technical and service delivery teams to position tailored solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling Managed IT Services (MSP) or IT solutions.
- Minimum 2 years of MSP or IT solutions sales experience.
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue sales models.
- Ability to confidently own the full sales cycle independently.
- Commercially minded and motivated by performance-based earnings.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
