What you will do

• Plan, build, and execute high-converting email campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Manage and optimize SMS campaigns using OneText to drive engagement and revenue.
• Create and improve automated flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and winback.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging to increase conversions and retention.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling, on-brand campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, and send times.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing email and SMS campaigns for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Expertise in Klaviyo and experience with OneText or similar SMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple weekly campaigns and maintain/optimize core revenue-generating flows.
• Strong copywriting and strategic thinking skills.
