What you will do

• Build and launch lifecycle campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring rigorous QA and technical perfection.
• Manage project workflows and deadlines using ClickUp to maintain delivery standards.
• Coordinate internal communications between copy and design teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle client communications and approval processes for deliverables.
• Monitor and optimize campaign results against KPIs to identify technical improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in DTC eCommerce or lifecycle marketing (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on expertise in Klaviyo and the Shopify ecosystem.
• Proficiency in managing complex workflows within ClickUp or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Systems, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail for technical execution and performance analysis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with subscription platforms (Recharge, Skio).
• Experience with loyalty tools (LoyaltyLion) or retention tech (PostPilot, Octane AI).
• CRM or Project Management certifications.
