TL;DR

Head of Growth (DTC Beauty): Lead acquisition funnel development, sales campaigns, product launches, and retention strategies for a fast-growing make-up brand with an accent on scaling systems across performance marketing and lifecycle flows. Focus on owning LTV targets, driving conversion improvements, and integrating retention insights into acquisition decisions.

Location: Vilnius (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote), Kaunas (onsite, hybrid, or remote), Klaipėda, and Riga.

Salary: Gross from 5000 EUR/month.

7-person team building a beauty brand focused on make-up with strong products and a working acquisition model.

What you will do

  • Lead acquisition funnel development, owning strategy and execution of PDPs and pre-landers like advertorials and listicles.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end sales campaigns including timing, channel mix, funnel setup, and creative direction.
  • Coordinate new product launches from idea to execution.
  • Lead retention strategy, collaborating on segmentation, lifecycle flows, and repeat purchase initiatives.
  • Own LTV targets and feed retention insights back into acquisition decisions.
  • Drive conversion improvement projects to enhance on-site shopping experience, add-to-cart, and cross-sell rates.
  • Support CEO in marketing strategy development.

Requirements

  • Strong DTC/eCommerce background with 4–7 years in performance-driven environments.
  • Experience scaling DTC brands ideally in beauty, health, or consumer goods, building growth systems.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing with hands-on paid social experience and cross-functional influence.
  • Knowledge of creative and full-funnel performance, exploring acquisition beyond Meta.
  • Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing including segmentation, flow logic, and unit economics.
  • Thrive in small team environment prioritizing speed and execution.
