TL;DR
Junior Email Marketing Specialist (Retention): Support execution of email and SMS campaigns for global e-commerce platform with an accent on automation, personalization, and performance analysis. Focus on building automated flows, segmenting audiences, conducting A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
Location: Hybrid in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania (one work-from-home day per week + 20 extra remote days per year from anywhere).
Salary: From 1600–2200 EUR/month (gross), depending on experience.

What you will do
- Execute email and SMS campaigns from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Build, schedule, and manage automated flows like welcome series, post-purchase, and re-engagement.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior.
- Analyze performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions) and share insights.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, timing, and more to improve results.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters on engaging content.
- Maintain list hygiene, support growth, and ensure compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in email or digital marketing (internships count).
- Strong eagerness to learn email & SMS marketing.
- Curiosity about customer behavior and marketing metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions).
- Proactive attitude, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
