What you will do
- Win new managed IT services clients to drive company growth.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing.
- Run discovery-led client conversations to identify business needs.
- Drive cross-sell opportunities and account growth within existing relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and automated tools.
- Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure project alignment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in MSP or IT solutions sales.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models.
- Experience owning the full sales cycle independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven and commercially focused mindset.
