TL;DR

Channel Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving partner-generated pipeline and revenue for the Human Risk Management platform with an accent on strategic partnership development and GTM execution. Focus on managing a portfolio of MSPs and SIs to accelerate new business acquisition in Commercial and SMB segments.

Location: Based in Melbourne, Australia

Salary: $144k − $200k OTE

What you will do

  • Own and exceed partner-generated new business and existing account KPIs, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Build and execute joint GTM campaigns to generate qualified opportunities within Commercial and SMB segments.
  • Manage executive-level relationships with CEOs, VPs of Sales, and Practice Leads across the partner portfolio.
  • Collaborate with technology alliances, such as Netskope, to uncover joint prospecting opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a proactive Channel Territory Plan to achieve regional growth targets.
  • Manage partner operations, including contracts and support escalations, and maintain accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • Experience working with channel partners (MSPs, SIs, resellers) in a revenue-driving capacity.
  • Track record of building pipeline through partner-led campaigns and joint go-to-market activity.
  • Background in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of partner profitability models.
  • Must be based in Melbourne, Australia
