What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently exceeding quota and pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to identify high-growth opportunities in Startup, Digital Native, and Enterprise segments.
- Collaborate with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to maximize market share through co-selling.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to overcome technical hurdles for prospects.
- Manage forecasts in Salesforce and ensure high-quality proposal standards.
- Travel 30-50% of the time to engage with partners and meet customers face-to-face.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in the technology industry (SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS).
- Proven track record of selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in both English and German.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting.
- Technically minded with a deep understanding of the cloud computing market and AWS products.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Existing regional network within Startups, VC, and Technology communities.
- Proven experience selling AWS cloud products/services.
- Relevant Cloud Certifications.
- Additional language skills.
